Elta Skinner Wyatt

  Mrs. Elta Skinner Wyatt, 77, of Florien, died at her residence
near Florien, on August 26, 1984, at 8 p.m., after a short
illness.

  Mrs. Wyatt is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lynn McGlothin of
Many; six sisters, Mrs. Cora Smith, Mrs. Exie Anderson, Mrs.
Ibena Mothershed, Mrs. Melva Curry, and Mrs. Bessie Weldon of
Florien, and Mrs. Pearlie Dupree of Winnfield; one brother, Rev.
Louis Skinner of Florien; six grandchildren; four great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m., in the
Mt. Carmel Baptist church, with the Rev. Larry DeLoach, and the
Rev. William Mercer officiating. Interment was in the Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
