All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Carl Clayton Wyatt, Sr. Funeral services for Mr. Carl Clayton Wyatt Sr., 82, were held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, July 3, at Cross Roads Baptist Church. Interment followed in Old Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Rev. Kenneth Leach Sr., Rev. Guy Burr, Rev. J. P. King, and Rev. Jeff Hoffman officiated. Mr. Wyatt died July 2, at Sabine Medical Center in Many. Mr. Wyatt was a deacon at Old Pisgah, and Cross Roads Baptist Church for 50 years. He is survived by his wife, Ethel Wyatt of Marthaville; four sons, Carl Wyatt Jr. of Marthaville, Gene Wyatt of Marthaville, Donnie Wyatt of Marthaville, and Ron Wyatt of New Caney, Texas; two daughters, Delo Lewing of Florien, and Marguerite Montelongo of Natchitoches; one brother, S. J. Wyatt of Shreveport; twenty grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. and Mrs. W. H. Wyatt; and one son, Charles Glenn Wyatt.
