Officiating was Rev. Bill Stowell, pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church, assisted by Rev. Durrel Tuvervill, pastor of Bethel Assembly of God. Burial followed in Old Pisgah Cemetery near Marthaville. Prayer service was held at 1 p.m., Monday, September 20, 1993, at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Mrs. Wyatt died Friday, September 17, 1993, at Willis-Knighton Medical Center, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Marthaville, and had been a resident of Shreveport since 1952. She was a homemaker, a member of the United Pentecostal Church, and Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arbie Lee Wyatt; five children; and four grandchildren. She is survived by two sons, Clinton Wyatt of Waskom, Tex., and Dewey Wyatt of Shreveport; three daughters, Rachel Isbell, Mary (Polly) Miquez, and Linda Joyce Murphy, all of Shreveport; six sisters, Bertha Turnley, Ruth Lilly, Thelma Rice, Lela Kane, Mildred Wells, and Clara Thompson; one brother, Haward Graves; seventeen grandchildren; and thirty nine great grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons and nephews.
