Mrs. Pearl A. White

  Mrs. Pearl A. White, 73, of Pineville, died Wednesday, Feb. 23,
at 12:05 p.m., at Rapides General Hospital in Alexandria,
following an extended illness.

  Survivors include her husband, W. L. White of Pineville; two
sons, Lester L. White of Pineville; and the Rev. Bill White of
Many; three sisters, Eleanora Alwell of Chalmette, Sara Jane
Reeves of Deville, and Elizabeth Briggs of Pineville; one
brother, Shephard Cain of Vick; six grandchildren; three great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the First United Pentecostal
Church of Alexandria on Friday, Feb. 25, at 2 p.m. Officiating
were the Rev. G. A. Mangun, the Rev. C. G. Weeks, and the Rev. J.
Roy Weidner.

  Burial was in the Forest Lawn Cemetery of Pineville.
