Kelsi Marie Wates (Photo)

  Kelsi Marie Wates, 2, of Pleasant Hill, died Friday, June 5, in
Mansfield. She died accidentally, after being struck by a car.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 8, at Spring
Ridge Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill, with interment following
at Spring Ridge Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Thibeau officiated, and
Father Larry Niehoff assisted.

  Survivors include her parents, Robert Joseph and Rose Mary Wates
of Pleasant Hill; maternal grandparents, Hugh H. and Rosielin
Brown of Pleasant Hill; paternal grandparents, Robert Lee and
Sheila Wates, and Patricia Ann Wates, all of Converse; one
brother, Robert Joseph Wates Jr. of Pleasant Hill; and numerous
aunts, uncles, and cousins.

  Pallbearers were Robert Joseph Wates, Robert Lee Wates, Hugh H.
Brown Jr., and Hugh B. Brown III. Honorary pallbearers were Larry
Timmons, Terry Pilkington, Scotty Trader, and Anthony Trader.
