The Sabine Index - Mrs. Amy Cordelia Woodson

  18 Aug 1944 - Last rites for Mrs. Amy Cordelia Woodson, age
42, were held at 2:30 last Friday at the Church of Christ by Rev.
J. S. Leggett, assisted by Rev. W. V. Neal. Interment was in
Shady Grove cemetery, Massingill funeral home in charge.

  Surviving are: husband, Jack Woodson, daughters, Mrs. Addron
Crittenden and Mrs. Troy Manasco, Many; six brothers, Roy Brister
of Dallas, Texas, George W. and Orean S. Brister of Kingsville,
Texas, Claud A. Brister of Portland, Oregon, Leon Brister of
Houston, Texas, Paul Brister serving with naval construction
battalion overseas; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Woodyard, Mrs. J.
B. Shirley and Mrs. Jack Shirwood, all of Houston, Texas, Mrs.
John Driskill of Paul's Valley, Oklahoma; two grandchildren.
