Marshall Ray Watson

  Mr. Marshall Ray Watson of Houston, died Wednesday, May 4, 1983,
at the age of 35. Mr. Watson is a former resident of Converse.
Services were held at 4 p.m., Friday, May 6, at San Patricio
Baptist Church near Converse. Burial was in the Belmont Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home of
Mansfield, with Rev. James H. Miller officiating.

  Survivors include his wife, Earlene Watson of Cushing, Tex.; 3
sons, Bubba Watson, Joseph Watson, and Anthony James; 2
daughters, Tina Watson, and Minnie Jane Watson; 5 brothers,
Thomas E. Watson, Benny J. Watson, James C. Watson; all of
Converse, Robert Lee Watson of Pleasant Hill, and John Wayne
Watson of Crockett, Tex., and also friend and business partner,
Frank Clark of Houston.
