Hattie Wedgeworth

  Mrs. Hattie Wedgeworth, 75, of Many, died in Longview, Tex. On
Friday, July 7, at 1:05 p.m., following a short illness.

  Survivors include three sons, John Wedgeworth of Shreveport,
Huey P. Wedgeworth of Grand Cane, and James A. Wedgeworth of
Center, Tex.; six daughters, Rose Broadnaxod of Elmer, Vinnie
Nichols of Port Arthur, Tex., Jame Fields of North Platte,
Nebraska, Bertie George, and Betty Ray Addison of Grand Cane, and
Mandy Lewis of Shreveport; one brother, Guy Stuckey of DeRidder;
and one sister, Vera Snider of Many; 23 grandchildren, and 30
great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Fort Jesup Baptist Church on
Sunday, July 9, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Alvin Haymon, and the
Rev. H. H. Tibbitts. Burial was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under
the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
