Woodle, 68, of Many, died at Heritage Manor on January 29, 1989. Services were held at Pendleton Assembly of God on Monday, Jan. 29, at 1 p.m., with Brother C. E. Bell, Rev. Max McGough, and Rev. Dean Crittenden officiating. Burial was at Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Laura Woodle of Many; two daughters, Patsy Havard of Many, and Vicky Rachall of Anacoco; three granddaughters, Rena Rachall of Leesville, Stephanie Post of Leesville, and Shelly Havard of Many; one great grandson, Aaron Post of Leesville; seven brothers, Ernest Woodle, and Hoyt Woodle, both of Alco, La., Buey Woodle of Negreet, Cecil Woodle, and Hurshel Woodle, both of El Dorado, Ark., Arthur Woodle of Lake Charles, and Kenneth Woodle of Fairfax, Virginia; two sisters, Elsie McKay of Grammacy, and Velma Lee Bell of Many. Pallbearers included Greg Bell, John Wayne Woodle, Howard (Buddy) Woodle, Grover Wayne Woodle, Mike Caldwell, and Buster Woodle.
