Mrs. Bessie Wiley

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, at 2 p.m., for Mrs. Bessie
Wiley, 69, of Zwolle, in the Bayou Scie Methodist Church, with
the Rev. Buddy Greer, and the Rev. Willis Greer officiating.
Burial was in the Bayou Scie Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Wiley  died in Shreveport, Aug. 27, after a short illness.

  She is survived by her husband, Leroy Wiley of Zwolle; three
sons, Arvil, Novis, and Roy Noble Wiley, all of Shreveport; one
daughter, Mrs. Grace Pearson of Corpus Christi, Tex.; one brother,
Eugene Simpson of Arizone; three sisters, Mrs. Vinnie Brumley of
Many, Ella Wiley of Dallas, and Martha Miller of Marshall; and
nine grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
