Mrs. Helen Marie Welch

  Mrs. Helen Marie Welch, 84, of Crosby, Miss. died Friday, Sept. 26, in
Natchez Regional Medical Center.

  Mrs. Welch was a member of First Baptist church of Oakdale and a homemaker.
She was a native of Standard.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, in the chapel of Rush
Funeral Home with burial following at Oakdale Cemetery. The Rev. Joey Barnard,
Dr. John Campbell, Rev. William E. Mines and Rev. Randall Bruce Turner
officiated.

  Survivors include one son, Ron C. Welch of St. Francisville; four daughters,
Lou Pearl Smith of Kinder, Patsy Longmire of Crosby, Miss., Jenny Wright of
Woodworth and Linda Sue Welch of Baton Rouge; one brother, Grady Burl Hortman
of Many; one sister, Ola Lee Grafton of Many; 14 grandchildren and 19
great-grandchildren.
