Andrew J. Wells

  Andrew J. Wells, 97, died Sunday, in a Shreveport hospital.

  Funeral services were held Monday, at 2:30 p.m., in the Drewett
Memorial Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Foster Jennings
officiating. Burial was in the Beulah Cemetery.

  Survivors include six brothers, Oscar Wells, Roy Wells, Albert
Wells, Jesse Wells, all of Pleasant Hill, Arthur Wells of
Marthaville, and Alvin Wells of Mansfield; three sisters, Mrs.
Corine Howell of Royce City, Tex., Mrs. Irene Harper of
Shreveport, and May Powell of Mansfield.
