W. W. Wallace

  W. W. Wallace, 85, of Leesville, died Saturday night, Aug. 7, in
a local hospital, after a long illness.

  The funeral was held at 1 p.m., Monday, in Hixson Funeral Home,
with the Rev. Wallace Palmer, and the Rev. John Stannard
officiating. Burial was in Wallace Cemetery in Pelican, at 3:30
p.m.

  Survivors include his widow; two sons, W. W. Wallace Jr. of
Pelican, and Charles R. Wallace of Lafayette; one daughter, Mrs.
H. P. Anderson of Pleasant Hill; five grandchildren; and seven
great grandchildren.
