Mrs. Wilson died Thursday, March 25, in Doctors Hospital, after a long illness. She had taught school in Bossier City, at Plantation Park Elementary School for 13 years, and had served as a substitute teacher prior to that time. A native of Noble, she had lived in Shreveport for the past 21 years, and was a member of Cedar Grove Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, John F. Wilson Sr.; two sons, John F. Wilson Jr., and Paul Wilson, both of Shreveport; eight brothers, Oliver Elliott of Many, Leland Elliott, Noble, Harry Elliott of Dry Creek, W. C. Elliott of Long Beach, Calif., B. F. Elliott of Lake Charles, R. E. Elliott of DeRidder, Mit Lynch, and L. Q. Lynch, both of Long Beach; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Herndon of Gilliam, and Miss Laura Lynch of Leesville; and five grandchildren.
