Harvey Walker

  Harvey Walker, 61, of Pleasant Hill, died July 8, after a short
illness.

  Funeral services were held in the Springridge Baptist Church,
Friday, July 9, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Alvin Hall, and the Rev.
Ruby Dickerson officiating. Burial was in the Springridge Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are his wife, Mrs. Minerva Walker of Pleasant
Hill; three brothers, Willie Walker of Hamilton, Tex., Alvin Walker
of Boonsville, Miss., and Hardy Walker of Winnsboro; two sisters,
Mrs. Sena Woods of Shreveport, and Mrs. Martha Knotts of Houston;
a number of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Thomas Hardee, Lawrence Woods, Raymond Sparks,
Nolan Rains, Olon Cole, and Rufus Corley.
