Myrtie M. Walker

  Services for Mrs. Myrtie M. Walker, 66, were held at 10 a.m.,
Friday, Feb. 11, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mansfield.
Father Bernard Zagst officiated. Rosary was at 7 p.m., Thursday,
at Drewett Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was at Benson Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home of
Mansfield.

  Mrs. Walker died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 1983, in Shreveport, after a
short illness. She was born in Noble, and was a resident of
Benson for 22 years.

  Survivors include three sons, Edward L. Simpson of Zwolle,
Robert E. Simpson of Joaquin, Tex., Barney Ray Walker, Benson;
one brother, J. L. Evritt of Mansfield; one sister, Mrs.
Josephine Barnes of Shreveport; 22 grandchildren.
