Alvin Brown Walker

  Funeral services for Mr. Alvin Brown Walker of Many, were held
Monday, September 12, at the Siloam Baptist Church, with the Rev.
E. E. Walker officiating. Arrangements were under the direction
of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Walker died at 1:12 a.m., Sunday, September 11, 1983, at the
Sabine Medical Center in Many, at the age of 64.

  He is survived by three brothers, Y. C. Walker, and Norman
Walker, both of Walkerville, La., and Henry J. Walker, Many; four
sisters, Mrs. Birdie McClandon, Mrs. Alana Alford. And Mrs. Iva
Dees, all of Many, and Mrs. Nellie Stroud, Walkerville; and a
host of nieces and nephews.
