James Hollis Walker

  Services for Mr. James Hollis Walker of Florien, were held at 3
p.m., Friday, March 1, at the First Baptist Church of Florien.
Rev. Mack Brister officiated.

  Mr. Walker, 75, died at his residence at 8 a.m., Thursday, Feb.
28, 1985.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mildred Walker of Florien;
three sons, Denny Ross Walker of Florien, Hollis Delvin Walker of
Coppell, Texas, and Ronnie Willis Walker of Garland, Texas; three
daughters, Mrs. Glenda Lalia Sutherline of Dubach, La., Mrs.
Nedra Ann Kent of Simsborough, La., and Mrs. Machelle Dowden of
Kisatchie, La.; two brothers, Cecil Walker of West Monroe, La.,
and Lanis Walker of Dubach, La.; two sisters, Myrtis Wigley of
Carthage, Texas, and Ruby Smith of Port Arthur, Texas; and six
grandchildren.

  Interment was at Florien Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
