Mrs. Evie Lea Walker

  Services for Mrs. Evie Lea Walker were held Tuesday, February
16, 1993, at Warren Meadows Chapel. Interment followed at
Prospect Cemetery. Rev. Johnny Garrett, and Rev. C. V. Chance
officiated.

  Mrs. Walker died Sunday, February 14, at Willis Knighton Medical
Center in Shreveport.

  Mrs. Walker is survived by her husband, J. B. Walker of Many;
two sons, Jimmie Ray Walker of Stillwell, Okla., and Ivy Walker
of Hosston, La.; two sisters, Opel Corley of Many, and Eunice
Gentry of Many; three brothers, Henry Savell of Many, Lester
Savell of Florien, and Milton Savell of Lake Charles; two
grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces
and nephews.
