  Obrie Louise Parrie Wilkerson, 78, of Zwolle, died at Sabine
Medical Center, March 15, 2003, after a lengthy illness.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., March 17, at St. Joseph
Catholic Church, with interment following at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Father Tim Hurd, pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church,
officiated, and Father Joe Daigle assisted.

  Survivors include three sons, Glenn O. Wilkerson and wife
Dorothy, and Earnest (Joe) Wilkerson and wife Fay, all of
Converse, and Leon Wilkerson of Zwolle; four daughters, Rebecca
Procell and husband Gerald Procell of Ebarb, and Kathy Parrie and
husband Phillip Parrie Jr., Connie Parrie, and Bonnie Parrie, all
of Zwolle; two sisters, Bessie Armstrong of Kenner, and Pauline
Parrie of Zwolle; one brother, Sam G. Parrie; sister-in-law,
Nancy Parrie of Zwolle; 14 grandchildren; and 24 great
grandchildren.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Wilkerson;
sisters, Josephine Brown, and Frances Downs; brother, Clarence
Parrie Jr.; son-in-law, Herman Parrie; uncle, Monroe Parrie;
parents, Clarence Parrie Sr. and Mack Parrie; and daughter, Jodie
Louise Parrie.

  Pallbearers were Michael Parrie, Tim Downs, John Parrie, Alan
Parrie, Gerry Parrie, and Freddie Parrie. Honorary pallbearers
were Rusty Parrie, James Parrie, Anthony Parrie, and Richard
Parrie.
