Myrtie T. Waldon

  Myrtie T. Waldon, 78, of Marthaville, died Friday, Dec. 21, in a
Natchitoches nursing home, after a long illness.

  Services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 23, in the Warren
Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Foster Jennings
officiating. Burial followed in the Beulah Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, John E. Waldon of Marthaville;
two sons, Paul Waldon of Monroe, and Huey R. Waldon of
Huntsville, Ala.; one brother, Roy Wynn of Alexandria; two
sisters, Edna Youngblood of Marthaville, and Betty Sanders of
DeRidder; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
