Emma Parent Waldon

  Services for Mrs. Emma Parent Waldon were held Monday, January
4, 1993, at 10:30 a.m., at the Seventh Day Adventist Church,
Marthaville, with the Rev. Ray Ruckle officiating. Burial was
followed in the Pisgah Cemetery, Marthaville. Arrangements were
under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Waldon, 91, of Marthaville, died at 12:02 p.m., December
31, 1992, in Enid, Okla.

  She was a resident of Marthaville, a native of Sabine Parish.
She was a retired lunchroom worker from Marthaville High School,
and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Marthaville.

  Survivors include one daughter, June Gillock of Enid, Okla.;
three grandchildren; two step grandchildren; one great
grandchild; one step great grandchild.

  Pallbearers were Dale Moore, Michael Lee, Steve Rains, Jimmy
Brown, Kenny Megason, James Hall.
