Jerry B. Walters

  Jerry Bernard Walters of Los Angeles, Calif. died in a hospital
there March 2.

  Mr. Walters is formerly of Converse.

  Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday, March in the First
Baptist Church of Converse, with the Rev. Jack Byrd officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery, under the direction of the
Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Jean Love, Mrs. Janice
Stephens, and Deddie Walters, all of Charlotte, N. C., and Carolyn
Ann Walters of Los Angeles, Calif.; one son, Randy Walters of Los
Angeles, Calif.; one brother, Johnny Lee Wright of Corpus Christi,
Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Jewel Ryals of Converse, Mrs. Alma Champion
of Corpus Christi, and Mrs. Lola B. McClintock of Dallas.
