Officiating was the Rev. Joe Ratcliff, assisted by Rev. E. E. Walker. Burial was at Jerusalem Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many. Mrs. Walters died Tuesday, July 14, 1987, in Morenci, Arizona, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Walters was a member of the First Baptist Church of Many for many years. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. The day of her death was Mr. and Mrs. Walters' 25th Wedding Anniversary. Survivors include her husband, Buddy Walters of Many; one son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Diana Walters of Many; two daughters, Martha and Wendy Walters of Many; mother, Nettie Mae Isgitt of Many; grandmother, Effie Mae Ammons of Many; three brothers, Glenn Isgitt of Many, Michael Isgitt of Corpus Christi, Tex., and Joseph Isgitt of Hemphill, Tex.; two sisters, Charlotte Brittan of Pleasant Hill, and Charlene Allen of Haughton; and a host of other relatives. Pallbearers included Larry Blackmon, Steve Ammons, David Ammons, Wilton Dufrene, Lee R. Isgitt, and Alfice Brumley.
