Williams Jack Williams, 52, of Opelousas, died on Jan. 26, from a brief illness. Mr. Williams was a graduate of Many High School, attended the University of Arkansas, and received his masters degree to Business Administration. Services were held in the Warren Meadows Chapel, Fri., Jan. 28, at 11 a.m., with interment in the Many Cemetery. The Reverends L. W. Taylor, and W. H. Bengtson officiated. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Irene Williams of Opelousas; a son, John Alan Williams of Monroe; a daughter, Mrs. Louis LeBlanc, Shreveport; his mother, Mrs. O. E. Williams Sr. of Many; two brothers, O. E. Williams Jr.,and Charles, both of Many; a sister, Mrs. John L. Baird of Shreveport, and one grandchild. Pallbearers were Sam Baird, J. S. Pickett, Jr., C. B. Byrd, O. E. Varnado, John Byrd, T. M. Phillips, Leonard Abington, and Charles Kirkland.
