The Sabine Index - Mrs. L. L. Williams 
  
  12 Mar 1948 - Death claimed Mrs L. L. Williams, age 65, at her 
home in Florien following a short illness. Last rites were 
conducted from Prospect Methodist church near Florien 3 p.m. 
Wednesday of last week by Rev. C. W. Quaid, pastor Many Methodist 
church, assisted by Rev. V. K. Fletcher, pastor, Florien Baptist 
church. 
  
  Interment was under direction Massingill funeral home. 
  
  Pallbearers were: Haywood Williams, Edward Williams, Herald 
Williams, Joe Rains, J. M. Abington and T. M. Phillips. 
  
  Surviving relatives include: husband, L. L. Williams, Florien; 
brother, Curtis Alford, Haughton; sister, Mrs. Sid Hendricks, 
Many.
