A Shreveport resident since 1938, Mrs. Williams was a native of Robeline, and a member of Mangum Memorial United Methodist church. The funeral was held on Wednesday, July 21, at 10 a.m., in Wellman's Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. J. Henry Bowden Jr., pastor of Mangum Memorial United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in Springridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. Survivors include two sons, Glenn Williams of Oakdale, and Belden Williams of Richardson, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Genevieve Tobin of Clouterville, and Mrs. Jean Brotherton of Shreveport; her father, Thomas Wesley Anders of Bethany; a sister, Mrs. Blanche Bostick of Natchitoches; 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tommy Tobin Jr., Michael Tobin, Patrick Tobin, Randal Nowlan, Kurt Nowlan, and Joel Williams.
