John S. Williams

  Mr. John S. Williams, 93, of Noble, La., passed away in Pleasant
Hill on Friday, May 10, 1985, at 10 a.m.

  Services were held at the Noble Pentecostal Church on Saturday,
May 11, at 2 p.m. Bro. Larry Gandy officiated. Interment was at
the Bethsadia Cemetery.

  Surviving relatives include his four sons, Wilburn Williams of
Pleasant Hill, James E. Williams of Noble, Johnnie Williams of
Many, L. H. Williams of Converse; three daughters, Mrs. Marie
Welsh of Noble, Mrs. Murial Johnson of Noble, Mrs. Jackie Procell
of Noble; 19 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one brother,
Mr. Melton Williams of Pleasant Hill; and one sister, Mrs. Arma
Ammons of Natchitoches.
