Earnie Williams, Sr. (Photo) Final services honoring William Earnest Williams Sr., 64, were held Thursday, Nov. 30, at 11 a.m., at Life Tabernacle in Shreveport. Pastors Jerry Diffee of Dallas, Tex., and Dennis Aaron of Life Tabernacle, officiated. Earnie departed this life unexpectedly on Sunday, Nov. 26, while ministering music with his wife, Judy, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Survivors are his beloved wife, Judy Palmer Williams; two children, and six grandchildren, Earnie Williams Jr. and his wife Karen and children, Melissa, Michael, and Christopher of Shreveport, Rebecca Williams McInnis and husband Curtis and children, Melanie Kristen, and Kattie of Orlando, Fla. Earnie's friendly smiles, songs, sermons, and sayings will be missed by a host of friends and relatives here, as well as other areas where he has faithfully served his Lord as evangelist, pastor, singer, musician, and builder since 1950. Services were under the direction of Caruth Hale Funeral Home of Hot Springs, Ark. Interment was at Forest Park West.
