Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 28, at Calvary Baptist Church, with interment following at Many Cemetery. Mrs. Williams was born in Elizabeth on December 17, 1917 to the late James Nathan Hall and Allie Harper Hall. She worked in Fort Polk Personnel Office in Fort Polk. She retired at age 72, With 35 years service with the federal government. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church Of Many and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Sabine Chapter 171 in Many for 50 years. Survivors include one daughter, Jean Williams Goss of Little Rock, Ark.; one niece, Hollen Hall Rohr of Virginia Beach, Va.; two nephews J. C. Hall, and Hal Hall, both of Belleville, Ill.; and a host of friends. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Dean Hall of Belleville, Ill., and Nathan Aubrey Hall of Virginia Beach, Va.
