Williams, 63, of Mobile, Ala, formerly of Many, passed away Nov. 2. He is survived by his wife, Bertie Williams of Mobile; four daughters, Mrs. Al Millican, and Mrs. William Douglas of Pensacola, Fla. Mrs. Harold Beckham, and Mrs. Tommy Dove of Mobile; one son, Clayton Williams of Moss Point, Miss.; six granddaughters; and two grandsons; four sisters, Mrs. Ira Sandel, and Mrs. Thomas Geohagen of Many, Mrs. Mae Matthews of Shreveport, Mrs. William Taylor of Mobile; two brothers, Lester Williams, and B. J. Williams of Shreveport; seven nieces; and 18 nephews, aunts, and cousins of Many. Funeral services were held in Mobile, Nov. 5, with Rev. Billy Hogue, and Rev. Alvin Sullivan officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Gus Rodrigues, Willie Williams, Mike Taylor, Douglas Taylor, Kenneth Matthews, and T. J. Geoghagen. Active pallbearers were his sons-in-law, Tommy Dove, Bill Douglas, Al Millican, Harold Beckham; his grandson, Ricky Dove; and his cousin, C. H. Williams. Interment was in Memorial Gardens.
