Mrs. Almer Waller

  Funeral services for Mrs. Almer Waller, age 76, who died Aug.
31, at Shreveport, were conducted at Beulah Baptist Church at 3
p.m., Sept. 1, with Rev. Coda Salter officiating. Interment was
in King Cemetery, Milam, Tex., under the direction of Warren
Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are her son, Alvin Waller of Many; daughter,
Mrs. Eddie Rice of Shreveport; brothers, H. R., and Ellis Leon
Rice of Shreveport; sisters, Mrs. A. Roberts of Joyce, Mrs. Annie
Youngblood of Zwolle, Mrs. O. O. Winklre of Shreveport; six
grandchildren; three great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Lee
William Rice, Johnnie Vines, W. W. Henderson, R. H. Youngblood,
H. H. McQueen, and H. E. O'Banion.
