Mr. Raymond Wiley Walraven

  Mr. Raymond Wiley Walraven, 55, died Monday, Jan. 4, at Sabine
Medical Center in Many.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 7, at
First Baptist Church of Zwolle, with interment following at
Aimwell Cemetery. The Rev. Jerry Penfield, and Father David
Richter officiated.

  Mr. Walraven was a 32nd degree Mason, and a member of the Zwolle
Masonic Lodge. He served in law enforcement for 25 1/2 years.

  Survivors include his widow, Winifred Walraven of Zwolle; two
daughters, Angela Webb and husband Vernon of Keithville, and
Frances "Sissy" Beard and husband Robert of Many; six sisters,
Lenny Haney of Albuquerque, N. M., Bobbye Glover of Logansport,
Diane Ebarb of Ebarb, Geraldine Cormier of Duson, Charlotte
Constable of Robeline, and Linda Walraven of Albuquerque, N. M.;
two brothers, Robert Walraven of Stonewall, and Johnny Walraven,
Hallettsville, Texas; and four grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Department.

  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the
Shriner's Hospital.

  Warren Meadows, Many, La.
