Officiating were the Rev. Bob Meredith, pastor of Barksdale Baptist Assoc., assisted by Rev. Butch Conner. Burial will follow in the Bethsadia Cemetery, Ida, La. Mrs. Wynn died Tuesday, July 10, 2001, at Christus Schumpert Medical Center, after a lengthy illness. She was born February 4, 1953, in Zwolle, and was a resident of Many most of her life. Mrs. Wynn was a homemaker, a Baptist, graduate of Northwestern State University, and a member of a number of Genealogy organizations. Survivors include her husband, John D. "Bubba" Wynn of Many; two sons, Bradley Wynn and his wife Jill of Lafayette, and John D. Wynn Jr. and his wife Tonya of Natchitoches; grandson, John Wesley Wynn of Natchitoches; mother, Lucille Meredith of Shreveport; three sisters, Kathryn Horn of Blanchard, Mary Jo Quarrels of Many; and Emma Lou Ward of Fisher; two brothers, Michael Bell of Many, and James Bell of Many. Pallbearers were Scotty Jackson, George Gaines, Jack Horn, Tommy Emanuel, Bill Witt, and Buddy Veuleman.
