Winn, 84, were held at 2 p.m., Monday, November 14, in the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Chapel. Rev. Lee Dickson officiated. Interment was in Central Cemetery of Robeline, under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Mr. Winn was a native of Natchitoches Parish, and a retired school bus driver for the Natchitoches Parish School Board. He was the owner and operator of multiple businesses in Clarence, La. After retirement, he was an Electrolux salesman. He was a Charter Member of the Clarence Baptist Church, and a Deacon. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Natchitoches. He was a member of the Phoenix Masonic Lodge F & AM #38, where he served as Past Master. He was a member of the El Karubah Shrine Temple in Shreveport, a member of the Order of Eastern Star #13 of Natchitoches, and a member of the Red Cross of Constantine. Mr. Winn passed away on Saturday, at the Willis Knighton Medical Center of Shreveport. Survivors are his widow, Ruth S. Winn of Natchitoches; two sons, Perry L. Winn of El Dorado, Ark., and James L. Winn of Grapevine, Tex.; one sister, Tessie Vickers of Pineville; two brothers, John R. Winn of Merryville, and Francis G. Winn of Pineville; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Pallbearers were Jimmy Hughes, Gary Sullivan, Randy Vickers, James Larry Vickers, Michael Vickers, Bob Winn, Bruce Winn, Danny Winn, Johnny Winn, and Marshall Winn. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Phoenix Masonic Lodge #38, and the Natchitoches Chapter #13, O.E.S. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Judy Winn Warren; and brother, J. V. Winn.
