The Rev. Mark Matthews officiated. Burial was at the Baggs Cemetery near Springhill. Mrs. Windsor died Thursday, June 28, 1984, in Bossier City, La., following a short illness. She was a native of Bend, Oregon, and had been a resident of Springhill for 38 years. She is survived by her husband, Willard Windsor of Springhill; two daughters, Barbara Cobb of Shreveport, and Peggy Wray of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one son, Jerry Windsor of Anchorage, Alaska; four sisters, Gladys Hardy, and Irene Jordan of Pleasant Hill, Dorothy Shows of Jonesboro, and Thelma Frost of Monroe; one brother, Ardell Kerbow of Mt. Herman; ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
