Mrs. Dorothy Mildred Wright

  Mrs. Dorothy Mildred Wright, 83, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2000 at her
residence.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6 at Zion Hill
Baptist Church with interment following at Zion Cemetery. The Rev.
E. E. Walker officiated.

  Survivors include four daughters, Francis Knott of Dallas, Texas,
Syble Gandy of Many, Rita Roark of Bossier City and Roma Veuleman of
Negreet; two sons, Gene Wright of Negreet of Tony Wright of Corinth,
Texas; one sister, Emma Deland of Gainsville, Fla; 20 grandchildren,
24 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

  Pallbearers were Casey Hendricks, Keith Knott, Coy Thompson, James
Veuleman, Walker Wright, Jason Gandy, Patrick Gandy and Elton Savell.
