The Sabine Index - Mrs. Carrie M. Wright

  31 Jan 1974 - Mrs. Carrie M. Wright, 80, of Florien died in
Many on Friday, Jan. 25, at 8:20 a.m. following an extended
illness.

  Mrs. Wright is survived by two sons, J. B. Wright of DeRidder,
Reo Wright of Many; two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Nation of
LaFayette, and Mrs. Nellie Foster of Shreveport; four sisters,
Mrs. Emma Lowe, Miss Minnie Miller, Mrs. Alice Cook all of
Florien and Mrs. Doma Cook of Many; 10 grandchildren and eight
great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held on Saturday, Jan. 26, at 3 p.m. in
the Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Dunn and the Rev.
Frank Chance officiating.

  Burial was in the Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ronnie
Wright, Bob Cook, Melvin Wright, Hoyt Hughes, Charles Wright,
Carl Wright, V. L. Leach, Jr. and Jimmy Dees.
