Wright, 83, of Converse, died in the Heritage Manor, Oct. 18, after an extended illness. Funeral services were held in the Fellowship Baptist Church near Converse, Oct. 20, with the Rev. Walter Halley, the Rev. W. M. Greer, and Dr. R. P. Butler officiating. Burial was in the Fellowship Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Pallbearers were G. A. McLeroy, K. L. Wright, No. O. Wright Jr., M. W. Greer, D. P. Throckmorton, and A. O. Wright II. Surviving relatives include three sons, Willie O. Wright, and F. I. Wright, both of Zwolle, and Newell O. Wright of Atlanta, Ga.; three daughters, Mrs. H. C. McLeroy of Houston, Tex., Mrs. W. M. Greer of Many, and Mrs. E. L. Throckmorton of Jacksonville, Ark.; a brother, L. H. Rivers of Zwolle; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews, including Jack Grissom, whom she reared.
