Frank Wardel

  Frank W. Wardel, 63, of Many, was killed in a car-truck
collision, seven miles south of Coutierville, about 9 p.m.,
Sunday, Nov. 30.

  The State Police said his car drifted across the centerline, as
a truck-tractor approached. The Truck pulled hard to the right,
officers said, but Wardel's car hit the rear tires of the
truck-tractor, and skidded the full length of the trailer,
kicking out the rear axle. The officers said Wardel had two dogs
with him, and that one of them was killed in the crash also.
