Warren Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 25, for John W. Warren, 54, who died in Many, after a short illness. The services were conducted in the Many Methodist Church, with the Rev. W. H. Bengston, and the Rev. Roy Flurry officiating. Interment was in Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were John Tarver, W. E. Lafitte, Truman Nichols, Gordon Anthony, John L. McDonald, Raymond Barnhill, Bob Clark, and Hoyt Curtis. Mr. Warren is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gertrude Warren; one brother, Theo Warren of Homer; one sister, Mrs. Adele Brown of Houston; numerous nieces and nephews.
