Youngblood, 22, a Shreveport resident killed in action with the Marine Corps in Vietnam Aug. 21, were held at 4 p.m., Monday, at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Frank Andrews, pastor of Linwood Assembly of God Church officiated, assisted by the Rev. E. W. Davis, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church in Mansfield. Burial with full military rites was in Forest Park West Cemetery. Survivors include his widow; his parents, Mr. David R. Youngblood of Mansfield; five sisters, Mrs. M. K. Slade of Waskom, Tex., Mrs Randell Lee Rourd, Martha Lynn Youngblood, and Kathy Delois Youngblood, all of Mansfield, and Mrs. John Britt of Noble; and one half-brother, Johnny Lewis of Shreveport.
