Mr. Hamp Youngblood

  Mr. Hamp Youngblood, 94, of Florien died Sunday, Dec. 28 at Sabine
Medical Center in Many.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31 at Ebenezer
Baptist Church near Florien with interment following at Ebenezer
Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Lord, the Rev. Earl Marr and
the Rev. Leroy Chance officiated.

  Survivors include five daughters, Martha Youngblood, Evelyn Rhame
and Dekha Ann Flopkins, all of Florien; Betty Prince of Timpson,
Texas and Helen Ward of Merryville; two sons, Lewis Youngblood of
Vidor, Texas and Douglas Youngblood of Lumberton, Texas; 21
grandchildren 39 great-grandchildren and three great-great-
grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Youngblood was
preceded in death by his wife, Hattie Youngblood.

  Pallbearers were his grandsons.
