Youngblood Funeral services for Hattie Rosetta Youngblood, 87, of Florien, were held on January 6, at 11 a.m., at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Rev. Marvin Miles, and Rev. J. P. King officiated the services. Interment was in Ebenezer Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Youngblood was born on August 8, 1907, to Frank and Martha Lavicie Taylor, and passed away on January 4, 1995, at Sabine Medical Center. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Hamp Youngblood; five daughters, Evelyn Rhame, Deltha Ann Hopkins, and Martha Youngblood, all of Florien, Betty Prince of Timpson, Tex., and Helen Ward of Merryville; two sons, Lewis Youngblood of Vidor, Tex., and Douglas Youngblood of Silsbee, Tex.; 21 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were her grandsons.
