Ruth L. Zube

  Funeral services for Ruth L. Zube, 73, of Jasper, were held
Tuesday, November 1, at ? p.m., in the chapel of Stringer &
Griffin Funeral Home in Jasper.

  Officiating were Brother Scott Moody. Interment was in Evergreen
Cemetery in Jasper, under the direction of Stringer & Griffin
Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Zube passed away on October 30, 1994, in St. Elizabeth
Hospital in Beaumont. She was a native of Florien, and a longtime
resident of Jasper. She served as a nurse at Richardson Hospital
in Jasper for over fourteen years. She was a member of Hillcrest
Baptist Church.

  Survivors are her widower, Robert L. Zube of Jasper; one son,
Dale Zube of Jasper; daughter-in-law, Linda Zube of Jasper; two
brothers, Herman McConathy of Florien, and Herschel McConathy of
Denver, Colorado; three sisters, Myrtle Smith of Mena, Ark.,
Versie Garrett of Houston, and Jean Miller of DeRidder; and two
grandchildren.
