To any Judge, Justice of the Peace or Minister of the Gospel:
You are hereby empowered to solemnize the rites of matrimony between Mr. T.J. 
Brumley and Miss Rachel Fyke at such time and Place as may be designated, and 
make return of your porceedings to my office witin thirty days.
