Ann Kelley Tutrix in account with her ward Martha I. Kelley.  The 

Tutrix charges herself with the hire of negro Milly and children 

for year 1853, 1854 & 1855 at 75 $ per year           $225.00



Hire of Slave Milly and children for years 1856 and

   1857 @ $50.000, also 1858 and 1859                  200.00

   To the honorable the Judge of the twelfth Judicial District Court 

in and for Union Parish and State of Louisiana.

   You petitioner Ann Kelly tutrix to Martha Jane Kelley resident of 

Morehouse Parish respectfully represents unto your honorable Court 

that her said ward is now of age and that she herewith files her 

final account.

   Under tutor  -- she asks that Wm. A. Daniels be cited and that her 

said account be duly approved and homolgated in all its parts and for 

general relief and she be discharged from the tutorship.

   By reason of the law and the evidence in the case and by further 

reason of the account having been approved by the under tutrix, it is 

ordered adjudged and decreed that the within account of Ann Kelly, 

Tutrix to Martha Jane Kelley be approved and homolgated in all its 

parts according to Law.  Done and signed in office on this the 5th 

day of May A.D. 1860.
