Samuel Cobb sold for $450 a negro woman 28
named Elizabeth and her child Celia, girl about 3 to Isaac Wall.  Wit:
Archibald D. Palmer, and Stephen Seldon or Tildon.

Samuel Cobb of St. Helena Parish on 1 Jan 1829 sold to Jacob M. Cobb a
negro named Lelly 17 yr and her child Sophia abt 18 mo.  Wit: S. C
Fisher, Ellis Gore

Book B p 185   Samuel Cobb bought a slave named Rhody and her children,
Carolin, Sassie? and Amanda in an auction sale of property of Avery and
Charlotte Breed.  date 23 Jan 1830.
