	GenRecords Forms for Submitting Files to Louisiana Archives

		This is an important link to have on your pages so that submitters can find the
		user friendly forms for submitting their files.  Otherwise, they may want to submit
		them directly to you and let you include them in the archives.  The forms at
		genrecords.org provide the proper format for a file as it is submitted and you will
		not have to do any editing.
		
IMAGES of DOCUMENTS, PEOPLE and PLACES
	Refer the submitter to the genrecords.org page for submitting any image file.  Please 
	let them know that the file MUST be less than 1.5mb (1500kb) in size.  300-400 KB is a 
	good size for the files.
