I do not put email addresses in the files. Email addresses
can change too fast and it costs time to change them in the table of
contents and is almost impossible to change them in the files also.
For my parishes, I've set up a "Contributors.htm" page (example:
http://www.usgwarchives.net/la/catahoula/catcont.htm). Then this link is placed on each records page. When a
submitter changes an email address, I only have to change it in one
place.
